We are seeking a highly skilled Ads Manager to develop, optimize, and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should excel at creating compelling ads, optimizing performance, and crafting high-converting ad creatives, including images and video scripts.

Key Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Creation and Management:

• Design and launch new ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Focus on app promotion campaigns and other industry-specific advertising objectives.

Optimization and Performance:

• Analyze campaign performance metrics and implement strategies to improve ROI, CTR, and overall effectiveness.
• Perform A/B testing to determine the best-performing creatives and audience targeting.

Creative Development:

• Create compelling ad images and collaborate on engaging video scripts tailored to target audiences.
• Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visuals and copy for ads.

Platform Expertise:

• Stay updated with the latest features and updates for Google Ads, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Leverage platform-specific tools to ensure optimal campaign delivery and performance.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop advertising strategies aligned with business goals and audience insights.
• Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and app promotion techniques.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and audience targeting.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Creativity in designing ad visuals and writing engaging video scripts.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
