Executive/Sr. Executive Ad Operations

Role & responsibilities

The position is responsible for working with media agencies/website/app publishers and ad tech platforms to traffic, test and troubleshoot ad campaigns. Need to be responsible for making sure creatives go live on spec and on schedule and that ad campaigns perform well through reporting and analysis.

• Work closely with Sales team to create campaigns / line items etc on GAM
• Analyze & Optimize campaigns based on ad slots, targeting parameters, pages etc.  
• Interact with clients for optimization / improvement of campaigns
• Coordinate with product & technology team for issues related to ads
• Create, publish reports regularly on various parameters related to inventory, forecasting, campaign performance & revenue
• Coordinate with various partners for integration of their header codes
• Help Sales team with other Data Requirements on Google Analytics, Comscore and Social Media

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ad Manager / DFP
• 1-2 years of experience in campaign management
• Analysis & optimization of campaigns
• Self-motivated & result-driven
• Open to pick up / make campaigns live post working hours in case the need arises
•  Adapt to new situations quickly and has high agility
• Good analytical skills
