Job Overview

We are looking for a Campaign Activation Specialist (CAS) with hands-on experience in AdOps campaign management. The role involves end-to-end management of advertising campaigns, from setup and tracking to optimization, using platforms like Google Ad Manager (GAM) or FreeWheel. The candidate will work in a lab environment, ensuring a highly collaborative and controlled workspace for executing campaigns seamlessly and meeting client goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup: Configure ad campaigns, ensuring accurate implementation of creatives, targeting, and tracking parameters.
• Launch Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and successful campaign launches.
• Campaign Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify issues or areas for improvement.
• Optimization: Optimize campaigns to maximize performance, meet client KPIs, and ensure efficient delivery of inventory.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve any discrepancies or technical issues with ad serving and reporting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, account managers, and technical teams to align on campaign objectives and outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience: At least 3 years in AdOps campaign management/support in advertising or online media.
• Tools Expertise: Proficiency with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), FreeWheel, or similar tools. Knowledge of Operative is an advantage.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of campaign tracking, optimization, and performance analysis.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to set up and monitor campaigns accurately and address any discrepancies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth campaign operations.
• Shift Readiness: Comfortable working night shifts to align with global client requirements.
• Lab Environment: Must be comfortable working in a lab environment to ensure high collaboration and quality standards.
