Job Title: Talent Acquisition/ Internal Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office (WFO)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week

Job Summary:

Zepul is seeking a motivated and skilled Internal Hiring Recruiter to support our recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, scheduling, and coordination. Familiarity with IT and non-IT roles, along with the ability to conduct technical interviews, is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various internal roles across departments.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide tailored recruitment support.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure smooth processes.
• Utilize effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for both IT and non-IT positions.
• Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in technical interviews (if applicable) for IT roles, and engage in screening for non-IT roles.
• Ensure seamless communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably for internal hiring.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Knowledge of IT and non-IT technologies is an advantage.
• Ability to conduct or assist in technical interviews for IT roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
