Role: Principal Data Scientist

Location: Hyderabad.

Notice period: Immediate to 15days.

Objective: Lead and inspire a team of data scientists to deliver impactful data science and machine learning (ML) solutions while driving strategic business insights and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Data Science and Machine Learning:

• Design, build, and optimize ML models and algorithms for complex business problems.
• Drive end-to-end ML projects, from ideation to deployment, leveraging frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Analytics and Insights:

• Utilize advanced analytics to derive actionable business insights.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly.

Cloud and MLOps:

• Deploy ML models and manage data pipelines on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Implement MLOps practices for reproducibility and scalability.

Data Management:

• Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

Innovation and Learning:

• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and ML engineering.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 6+ years in data science, business analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading data science teams and managing multiple projects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
