Job Title: UI/UX Developer

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 3-5 years
Notice Period: Maximum 15 days or immediate joiners preferred
Compensation: 9 to 12 LPA

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Developer with expertise in modern front-end technologies and a strong understanding of user-centric design principles. The ideal candidate will be adept at designing and developing intuitive user interfaces, primarily using Node.js and React.js, with Angular as a secondary skillset. Hands-on or working knowledge of Java in back-end processes is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js and Node.js.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
3. Develop and implement UX workflows to optimize user journeys and experiences.
4. Maintain and enhance web applications, ensuring performance optimization and adherence to modern standards.
5. Work with Java back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality between front-end and back-end systems.
6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in UI/UX design and front-end technologies.
7. Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all projects.

Required Skills

1. Proficiency in Node.js and React.js (Angular experience is an added advantage).
2. Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
3. Experience in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
4. Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
5. Hands-on or working knowledge of Java for back-end integration and workflows.
6. Ability to optimize applications for maximum performance across various devices and browsers.
7. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

Desired Skills

1. Experience in version control systems like Git.
2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
3. Knowledge of testing frameworks for front-end and back-end validation.
