This role is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder, taking charge of end-to-end business operations, revenue generation, manufacturing coordination, and managing export orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Execution
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue.
• Identify new market opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand global reach.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to stay competitive in the export market.
2. Revenue Generation
• Set and achieve revenue targets aligned with the companys goals.
• Designed and executed marketing and sales strategies for the B2C segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
3. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management
• Oversee manufacturing operations to ensure timely production and quality standards.
• Optimize the supply chain for cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline processes.
4. Export Operations
• Manage end-to-end export operations, including compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with shipping partners and ensure proper documentation for export orders.
• Resolve operational challenges and maintain a smooth workflow.
5. Team Leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Build and nurture a high-performing team to support operations and drive results.
• Report directly to the founder and provide strategic insights for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in the export industry and B2C business.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business management.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and export operations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in building and scaling business operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred:

• Experience as a founder/co-founder or senior leader in a startup or similar environment.
