Job Title: Tester (Manual Tester)

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 15days

Job Summary :

We are looking for experienced Testers with a strong background in manual testing and the ability to write comprehensive test cases. The ideal candidates will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality testing assignments while identifying and resolving issues. Experience with automation testing is a plus, but manual testing and writing test cases are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing:

○ Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for applications.

○ Identify, report, and track defects using appropriate tools.

2. Test Case Development:

○ Design and document detailed test cases based on project requirements.

○ Review and optimize test cases for efficiency and coverage.

3. Quality Assurance:

○ Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing requirements are met.

○ Validate that all deliverables meet quality and performance standards.

4. Timely Delivery:

○ Complete assigned testing tasks within project timelines.

○ Prioritize workloads based on deadlines and project needs.

5. Automation Testing (Optional):

○ Assist in creating or maintaining automated test scripts.

○ Identify opportunities to introduce automation for repetitive tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Experience: 3-5 years of experience in manual testing and test case development.

● Testing Skills:

○ Proficiency in functional and regression testing.

○ Strong ability to write and execute test cases effectively.

● Tools: Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)

Preferred:

● Familiarity with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is an advantage.

● Experience in testing APIs, web, or mobile applications.

Soft Skills:

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
