Job Description

Job Role: Key Account Manager

Location: New Delhi


Job Description: Key Account Manager - OEM


Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and

prepare customized solutions.


A. Target Delivery:

  • Ensure assigned sales target is achieved and collection efficiency is

maintained.

  • Sales target will be in the range of 18-20 crore per month.
  • Collection target as per the defined metrics.

B. Account management:

  • Be a single point of contact for the key accounts (OEM) and develop a thorough

understanding of assigned needs and requirements.

  • Offer end-to-end services related to disbursement and collection. Plan

regular/monthly visits to these OEM to understand their stated/ unstated needs

  • Provide performance updates, account progress, forecasts for smooth running of

account

  • Be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Compile

reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and

stakeholders.

  • Negotiate contracts with key clients and meet established deadlines

C. Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance from OEM/dealer end for all requirements related to

documentation, collection, investigation etc.

D. Plan and devise appropriate incentive schemes for OEM/dealers and customers to

manage seasonal low demand and plan disbursements to manage surge in demand.


E. Marketing & Sales Activity: Organize/ conduct events like dealer meets, loan mela,

road show, etc) to increase sales at dealerships. Ensure Revfin brand visibility at all

dealerships and market.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical, problem solving and sales skills, with the ability to apply

creative and innovative solutions and focus on profitability while meeting the

needs of the customer.

  • Ability to work in a cross-departmental environment.
  • Proven experience in key account management.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
