Leader: Machine Learning & Generative AI

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms
- Work closely with managers and engineers to define and prioritize machine learning initiatives that align with business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop machine learning solutions that drive value for the organization
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and help drive the adoption of new technologies and techniques within the team

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing machine learning teams
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, or Java
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
