This role will be crucial in driving the success of our recruitment programs, improving recruitment processes through data-driven insights, and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between various stakeholders. As a Program Manager for Recruitment, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment processes, data analysis, and stakeholder management to optimize recruitment strategies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, managing candidate stages, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
What you will do:
1. Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design and develop recruitment dashboards that provide real-time insights into hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and key metrics. Continuously improve dashboards to enhance decision-making and visibility across the recruitment function.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the business, ensuring timely and clear communication regarding recruitment status, candidate pipelines, and recruitment challenges. Regularly update senior leadership on recruitment performance.
3. Data Management & Reporting: Work closely with the Director of Operations and the Talent Acquisition team to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across multiple recruitment platforms and data sets.
4. Candidate Stage Management: Oversee and manage the different stages of the recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates move smoothly through each phase. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate status tracking.
5. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with HR, hiring managers, and other departments to gather relevant data, ensure alignment, and optimize recruitment efforts across the organization.
6. Continuous Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment workflow and processes, leveraging data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to optimize efficiency and outcomes.
Ideal candidates have:
- Strong Excel and data analysis chops including Proficiency in Excel, with experience in creating complex formulas, pivot tables, and visual data presentations to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring workflows. Experience in developing strategies to improve recruitment metrics.
- Some experience in designing and maintaining recruitment dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs), candidate progress, and recruitment trends
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, such as HR, marketing, and hiring managers, to gather data and provide support in recruitment efforts.
- Experience in managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience with a strong understanding of the hiring process and recruitment metrics.
