Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:.
- Lead and Manage Recruitment Team: Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Guide recruitment teams to meet service delivery expectations in line with the agreed SLAs.
- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent in alignment with company goals.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, to negotiating offers.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and role qualifications.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to find potential candidates.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's reputation as an excellent workplace and build a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber talent.
- Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and optimize the hiring process.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party vendors when necessary.
Qualifications:.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5-6 years in a lead or management role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, software development, and other IT-related functions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and candidate assessment skills.
