Job Summary:
- The Middle East Recruitment Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process across the Middle East region.
- This role involves managing recruitment teams, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that the recruitment strategies align with business objectives and local market conditions.
- The manager will drive the delivery of recruitment services, ensuring talent acquisition meets organizational needs efficiently, while maintaining a high level of candidate quality and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and recruitment coordinators to achieve recruitment goals across the region.
- Set recruitment objectives, provide guidance on best practices, and ensure KPIs are met.
- Oversee team performance and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and business leaders across the Middle East.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with strategic business goals.
- Provide consultative support to hiring managers on talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and effective hiring strategies.
Recruitment Strategy & Delivery:
- Lead the design and execution of recruitment campaigns to attract top talent across various roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
- Ensure that the recruitment process is executed in a timely and effective manner while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Ensure that all positions are filled within agreed timeframes and meet the quality standards expected by the business.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement best practices across the region.
- Regularly review recruitment metrics, track progress, and provide data-driven insights to the senior leadership team.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet future hiring demands.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing recruitment delivery.
- Extensive experience in the Middle East talent market across multiple sectors.
- Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and complex hiring needs.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze and act on recruitment metrics.
- Knowledge of Middle East labor laws, recruitment practices, and market conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using recruitment management systems, ATS, and other recruitment tools.
