Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, a proven track record of sourcing top talent, and a keen eye for identifying individuals who align with Athena's culture and values.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Talent Sourcing:
- Leverage job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus drives to source the best candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
Employer Branding:
- Represent Athena at events, webinars, and campus placements to strengthen employer branding.
- Create compelling job descriptions and manage recruitment marketing campaigns.
Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on data insights.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure timely communication and feedback.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to forecast hiring needs.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies for workforce planning and succession management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in talent acquisition, preferably in the education or service sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
