My colleagues were really good. They were nice and supportive people and we had each other's backs.

Dislikes

The upper management of the organization is condescending and does not take feedback well. They treat you less as team members and more as employees. The work-life balance is totally screwed, you are expected to work around the clock, even after work hours, even at 1 AM but you are never appreciated for your efforts.
