Position Overview:

- Masters' Union is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Admissions with a strong background in performance marketing and consulting, preferably from prestigious firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a robust admissions strategy to attract and enroll high-calibre students for our flagship programs.

- This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and exceptional leadership skills to drive our admissions team to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive admissions strategy to attract high-calibre students for the Post Graduate Program in Technology and Business Management.

- Lead and manage the admissions team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

- Utilize marketing techniques to enhance student enrollment processes.

- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling campaigns and outreach initiatives.

- Analyze and interpret admissions data to make informed, data-driven decisions and improve processes.

- Moderate events, webinars, and information sessions to engage prospective students and showcase the value of Masters' Union programs.

- Increase the pool of high-quality applicants through targeted outreach and engagement strategies.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in admissions, and marketing- preferably from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Influential personality with the capability to moderate events and engage diverse audiences.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work under pressure.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimisation.
