Marketing Head

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing & executing the marketing strategy for

Masters Union. This role will focus on building the institutions brand, driving student enrollment,

increasing engagement, & advancing thought leadership in the education sector. The CMO will play a key leadership role in shaping the marketing team and working closely with the executive team to achieve organizational goals.

What you will do:

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to build the Masters Union brand,

promote our programs, and increase student recruitment.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Align marketing strategies with the overall institutional goals and objectives, working closely

with leadership and academic teams.

2. Brand Management:

• Establish & maintain a strong, distinctive brand identity for Masters Union across all

channels.

• Oversee all aspects of brand communication, ensuring consistency & clarity across all

touchpoints.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve brand awareness, reputation, and visibility,

both locally and internationally.

3. Digital Marketing & Innovation:

• Drive the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM,

social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

• Analyze digital marketing performance and leverage data to optimize campaigns, improve

targeting, and maximize ROI.

• Lead innovative digital strategies to engage prospective students, alumni, and key

stakeholders.

4. Student Acquisition & Enrollment:

• Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns that attract high-quality students to

Masters Union programs.

• Develop partnerships with key education platforms, agencies, and influencers to expand the

student recruitment pipeline.

• Monitor enrollment metrics and continuously refine marketing efforts to drive conversions.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning,

and student needs.

• Use insights to adapt strategies, refine messaging, and ensure Masters Union remains

competitive in the market.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Admissions, Faculty, Alumni Relations, etc.) to ensure

marketing initiatives are aligned with institutional goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as media, influencers, and

strategic partners.

• Budget Management & Performance Metrics:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and

adherence to budget constraints.

• Define and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ensuring

continuous improvement and accountability.

What we are looking for:

- Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

- 8-15 years of experience in senior marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

- Proven track record in building and scaling brands, preferably in the education, technology, or

consumer sectors.

- Extensive experience in digital marketing, student acquisition, and content strategy.

- Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team.

- Experience in managing large marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
