Job Description
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services and solutions.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Lead and mentor a team comprising Directors of Strategic Accounts, Key Account Managers, and the Delivery team.
- Monitor and drive the growth of the vertical, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the financial performance of assigned verticals, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Requirements- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility and understanding of different geographies.
- Strong background in both business development and operational management.
- Proven experience in driving technology adoption and innovation.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry-specific knowledge and experience preferred.
- 6 days WFO
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility and understanding of different geographies.
