- Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Leadership : Develop, evaluate, and enhance the schools curriculum to ensure alignment with CBSE standards and global best practices.
- Innovative Teaching Practices : Champion modern pedagogical approaches, including technology integration and student-centric learning methods.
- Faculty Development : Mentor and train educators to achieve teaching excellence and inspire a culture of continuous learning.
- Academic Strategy : Collaborate with school leadership to set and achieve academic goals, drive performance, and maintain accreditation standards.
- Student Outcomes : Monitor and assess student progress to implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Parental Engagement : Foster open communication with parents to align educational goals and expectations.

Qualifications and Skills
- Masters degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic leadership, preferably in a K-12 school environment.
- Deep understanding of CBSE curriculum and global educational trends.
- Proven expertise in implementing innovative teaching techniques and curriculum development.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate faculty, students, and the school community.
