Job Description

Role:

Educator to handle classes for Science primary grades.

Description:

ClassroomManagement and organization: Maintain awell-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning,while also fostering a sense of inclusivity and respect among students.

Learning Outcomes : Assessstudent progress through regular assignments, quizzes, tests, and projects.

StudentEngagement: Foster a love of learning by creatinga dynamic and interactive classroom environment.

ClassroomResources: Manage and utilize educational materials,technology, and resources effectively

SchoolCollaboration: Collaborate with other teachers,staff, and administrators to create a supportive and cohesive educationalcommunity.

ResourceManagement: Manage the allocation of educationalresources such as textbooks, teaching aids, and technology for primary schoolclassrooms. This includes budgeting and procurement.

Requirements

Qualifications:
Graduation in Science with B.Ed

Experience: Minimum 2-4 years, handling relevant subject at secondary school level

Previous teaching experience at primary school level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students.
Effective classroom management skills.
Proficiency in using educational technology and classroom tools.
Commitment to professional growth and development.

Skills:

Knowledge of the cognitive, emotional, and social development of adolescents.

Convey information clearly and empathetically to students, parents, and administration.

Deep knowledge of the specific subject being taught, staying updated with the latest in the field.

Understand methods to integrate subjects for a holistic education, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for students.

Guide students in maintaining discipline, engagement, and a positive learning environment.

Ability to evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods accordingly.

Work effectively with other teachers, staff, and administration to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, technologies, and professional development opportunities.
