Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target enterprise clients and achieve sales targets.
• Work in a team-selling environment specifically building relationships with inside sales, presales and telesales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence.
• Share weekly plans of status of accounts and potential leads, new initiatives, follow up action plans and revenue pipeline Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
• An excellent performer with consultative sales style, negotiation skills, exceptional problem solving abilities and keen client assessment aptitude.
• Strong command in Selling Solutions and managing multiple clients.
• Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports for management review.
• Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 8+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles and win large deals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
