Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in running automated cold email campaigns to drive new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in email marketing, email servers, and email deliver ability. This role is crucial for expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives.
2. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
3. Design, develop, and implement automated cold email campaigns to target potential leads, ensuring consistent, high-quality outreach.
4. Create compelling email content and subject lines that capture the attention of recipients and encourage responses.
5. Identify and source potential leads by conducting market research and utilizing various data sources.
6. Segment lead lists based on relevant criteria such as industry, job title, and geographic location to ensure targeted outreach
7. Generate quality Leads from Online Sources starting by Searching the database ( Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook etc) or target audience (B2B) from the internet or other sources till generating prospects for the Sales Closure team
8. Schedule an online meeting or discussion or chat with interested suspects through email/phone for the sales closure team
9. Maintain and build up a regular ongoing relationship with your suspects through LinkedIn and other online social network sites sources
10. Responsible for Data Mining and Market Research through the internet, Building databases, Proficient in secondary research.
Required Candidate Skills/Attributes:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident with dynamic personality.
Proven experience in generating leads through cold calls & email campaigns, etc
In-depth knowledge of email marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to find imaginative and practical solutions and make well-considered decisions.
Excellent interpersonal skills (ability to communicate with diverse audiences).
Well versed with research and maintaining databases
Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong project and time management skills
Positive & Flexible in approach
