Job Brief:
Sterco is looking to hire an enthusiastic, energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Sales team.
Main Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager :
• To identify opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• Responsible for new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
• Ability to manage the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• To build strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Set daily targets for presales team.
• To Manage and monitor overall performance of business development team i.e. telesales executive, Email marketing executive, LinkedIn researcher etc. Key Requirements
• Must have experience of similar role.
• Experience of develop business for Web and Digital Marketing services.
• Should have diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Must be highly goal oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Should have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
• Able to handle a team.
