Job Description

1. Candidates must be BCOM Graduate or above

2. Good Knowledge of Accountancy.

3. Must have min 5 year of experience into Accounting Software Training like Tally ERP, Tally Prime, Marg ERP etc..,

4. The Trainer should be experienced with Tally ERP 9 features and should have experience in training tally users. Prior Faculty experience will be a plus.

5. Trainer should have strong accounting domain knowledge and on the latest tax laws a must.

6. Good Experience into any of the accounting software's ( Marg, Tally, etc.,)

7. Trainer should be patient and willing to keep themselves abreast with the latest features/updates on Tally, Busy, Marg)

8. Must Have Good communication skills

9. Must be efficient to conduct online & offline classroom training

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Train to our Channel Partners / Partners Staff / Marg ERP Team, mode may be online offline

2.Analyze the training need as per zonal requirement and full fill requirements

3.Session delivery as per scheduled calendar

4.Preparation of study material e.g., Presentations, PDFs, Setups etc.

5.Prepare and deliver training of new topics

6.Schedule training as per trainees time preferences

8.Quality training delivery and measurement of its effectiveness
