Inside Sales Manager - US Market

Job Description

As an Inside Sales Manager/AD you should come with strong inside sales experience in selling Digital Experience solutions combined with Business-Critical Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructure for the North America market, wherein you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for various services and solutions of the organization in North America.

Role Description:

As an Inside Sales manager/AD, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Lead a team of 5-6 lead generators and market research executives.
• Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation methods, follow-up, and conversion.
• Understand customer needs and requirements and articulate the right solution.
• Achieve target number of leads quarterly.
• Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Launching sales campaigns, improving the sales process, working with prospects, and then generating sales for our various Software and services.
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
• Work closely with front-end onsite sales and marketing team.
• Work closely with other support functions like marketing, delivery, CoEs

Qualification & Skills Required:

• 10-15 years of experience in Business Development and Sales.
• At least 7 years of experience in the Software sales and services.
• Proven Inside Sales Experience to NA-based Businesses.
• Large account mapping and planning experience; Account management / direct sales experience a plus
• Track record of previous performance.
• Highly Motivated and Self-confident.
• Strong Phone presence with negotiation and closing Skills.
• Excellent Presentation Skills.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Impeccable, accent-free spoken English language skills.
• Proficient in Corporate productivity tools with expert skills in MS Office; Salesforce experience and working with Reports and analytics.
• Open to work in the US EST time zone
