Business Development / Inside Sales - Capital Markets For US market

Work location: Sipcot, Siruseri, Chennai

Shift timing: 9AM 6PM US EST hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Selling software and technology solutions tailored to the BFSI, capital markets, and trading industries.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities through outbound strategies, including cold emailing, networking, and referrals.
• Managing the full sales cycle: outreach, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals to bring in new clients.
• Building and maintaining long-term, value-driven relationships with clients, ensuring sustained business growth.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3-8 years of information technology sales experience, with a focus on software services or products in the BFSI or capital markets sector.
• Strong solution-oriented approach, with the ability to propose tailored cloud and technology solutions to financial institutions, wealth managers, and trading platforms.
• Ability to collaborate with partner organizations and develop joint go-to-market strategies for the capital markets industry.
• Extensive experience in selling enterprise software, cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), as well as specialized applications such as trading platforms, wealth management tools, and financial software (e.g., trading algorithms, risk management software, portfolio management systems).
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets within the capital markets & trading domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
