Enterprise Architect

Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Architectural Design & Strategy:**
- Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the business strategy.
- Design scalable, secure, and robust cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure.
- Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
2. **Solution Development & Integration:**
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise applications and services using .NET technologies.
- Oversee the integration of various systems and applications to ensure seamless operation across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are implemented as designed and adhere to architectural standards.
3. **Technical Leadership:**
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Mentor junior architects and developers, helping them grow their technical skills and architectural knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.
4. **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Work closely with business leaders, IT management, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Facilitate architectural review sessions and ensure stakeholder buy-in for proposed solutions.
5. **Governance & Compliance:**
- Ensure all solutions comply with internal and external regulatory requirements, including security, privacy, and data protection standards.
- Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure consistency and quality across all architectural initiatives.

**Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Proven experience with Azure cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Extensive experience with .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and related technologies.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL Server and NoSQL databases.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience in team mentoring.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
