Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Content Syndication Lead to spearhead our content distribution efforts and maximize lead generation.
- This role requires a strong understanding of content syndication platforms, lead qualification processes, and the ability to manage cross functional teams to deliver impactful results.
- As the Content Syndication Lead, you will play a critical role in expanding our audience, driving engagement, and generating high-quality leads aligned with business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content syndication strategy to meet lead generation and marketing objectives.
- Identify new syndication opportunities and platforms to expand the company's reach.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with movie producers, ensuring access to high quality content and collaborative opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with buyers, channels, labels, and aggregators to ensure effective content distribution and partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all external syndication partners, negotiating terms, agreements, and deliverables.
Vendor and Partner Collaboration:
- Build and maintain relationships with syndication partners, platforms, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables with external vendors.
Content Distribution and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end syndication process, including selecting relevant content, managing its distribution, and tracking performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align distributed content with business objectives and target audience needs.
Lead Management:
- Drive qualified leads through syndication efforts and collaborate with sales teams for lead nurturing.
- Implement and monitor lead scoring to evaluate the quality and readiness of leads for sales handoff.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of content syndication specialists.
- Foster collaboration between the syndication team and other internal departments, such as content marketing, demand generation, and sales.
Performance Analysis:
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Use insights to refine and optimize syndication strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Compliance and Branding:
- Ensure all syndicated content adheres to company branding guidelines, messaging, and compliance standards.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to manage any third-party content usage policies.
Requirements and skills:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 15+ years of experience in content syndication, digital marketing, or lead generation roles.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of lead generation processes and metrics.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Experience in B2B marketing, specifically in SaaS, IT, or related industries.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Expertise in budgeting and managing large-scale campaigns.
