IBO is on the lookout for a strong and dynamic Lead-Online Business to head and expand the digital footprint of IBO. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive online growth, innovate customer experiences and shape the future of e-commerce in the home building industry!
What are we looking for - Proven experience in building and scaling online business and partnerships, strong understanding of optimizing customer journeys across E-Commerce platforms and a passion to drive and impact digital sales.
Key responsibilities:
1. Lead, develop and implement strategies to increase business through online platforms, including e-commerce websites, social media, and third-party marketplaces.
2. Oversee lead generation efforts, including setting up effective lead capture mechanisms and conversion strategies. Optimize the sales funnel to increase lead conversion rates, turning prospects into customers.
3. Drive initiatives to boost website traffic through SEO, SEM, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels. Monitor web traffic patterns, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure the website and online campaigns are aligned with business goals. Ensure seamless integration between lead generation, e-commerce platforms, and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
5. Collaborate with the customer service and product teams to ensure an optimized online customer journey. Continuously monitor the user experience and implement improvements to increase conversions and retention.
6. Analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of online campaigns and strategies. Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership, including recommendations for further improvements.
7. Manage the online business budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across various digital marketing efforts. Measure ROI to ensure cost-effective investments.
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in online business, digital marketing, or e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving online growth in retail/E-Commerce industries.
Additional Skills:
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, PPC, content marketing, social media marketing).
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and lead generation tools.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, website performance analysis, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
