A office of sitting place of 5 people where you'll be continuously under cctv surveillance by the MD & CEO of the company, No fixed salary dates, in the first month we received salary on 2nd, the next month it got credited on 6th, then 8th, then 10th, no fixed salary date. Before resigning I had filled 8 out of 10 working days of the starting of the month, they did not even pay me for those 8 days of work. So remember, you wont be getting paid completely for your work. The place is run by two people who a lot of times keep fighting and arguing, the recruitment manager(co-founder) over there will treat you as friend until you find out he's going to backstab you. No phone reimbursement nor a separate sim card to do the calling part. What had happened in the month of July was, a lot of times they told us to leave early and even they left early, because of which our working hours of the month were not completed, then in the month end they told us that our working hours were not completed so there will be no alternate Saturdays off for the month of August. They did this all because there were 2 extra working day holidays due to some or the other festivals. Besides you wont be getting any company policy, salary receipts, nor do they pay incentives as they promise in the offer letter, nor do the founders come to the office, once you join within few days they'll handover the keys to you and now you'll be the person who'll be opening the office, sitting in the office, shutting the office and the so called founders will be working for Home. And once the recruitment director made us clean his last night's dirty alcohol bottles when he wasn't going to come to the office. Very unethical place to work for.
