Social Media Strategy:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust tactics to optimize engagement and growth.
Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bring innovative ideas to the table to keep our brand relevant and exciting.
Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and engage with new audiences.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or Community Manager.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Strong visual and creative skills, with the ability to create engaging multimedia content.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform content and community strategies.
- A passion for building and nurturing online communities.
