Format Head - F&B Business Vertical - Casual Dining Restaurant (12-20 yrs)

Urgently Hiring a young, energetic & dynamic Format Head (Casual Dining) for one of the leading & prominent business houses in India for their F&B segment.

About Company: A leading & prominent business conglomerate in India having a diversified business portfolio.

Location: Mumbai

Education: Degree in Hotel Mgmt

Experience: 15+ years in Hospitality industry, atleast 10-12 years in Casual Dining Restaurant Format

Reporting to: CEO

Team size: 15-20 direct reportees

Key KRAs & Required Skills:

1. Will be responsible for driving the growth ambitions of the company by leading and overseeing Casual Dining lines of business (premium / affordable).

2. Managing and implementing expansion strategy by analyzing market potential, cost effectiveness and industry, while managing the P&L.

3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully execute the pre-opening phase of new business units.

4. Ability to provide strategic, financial and operational leadership for the respective business lines.

5. Excellent interpersonal & senior team leadership skills.

6. Work with different teams & departments to derive and implement CAPEX and OPEX budgets.

7. Closely coordinate and work with the Founders office and Senior leadership team.
