Position - Business Head
Job Location: Bangalore
Reports to: CEO
The Head of Revenue - B2B is tasked with overseeing and managing the B2B sales function across India. This is a strategic leadership role that requires driving sales growth, leading regional sales teams, and ensuring the organization meets its revenue goals. Key responsibilities include developing and executing a national sales strategy, fostering customer relationships, collaborating across departments, and ensuring compliance with sales policies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet national targets, analyzing market trends and adjusting as needed.
- People Development: Lead and mentor regional sales teams, set performance targets, and ensure team goals are met.
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Drive sales growth while managing revenue and expenses to meet profitability targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating high-value deals.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights for senior leadership and Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve sales processes
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product development, and finance to align sales efforts.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to legal regulations and internal policies and Implement and oversee best practices for sales processes and procedures
Let's talk about you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (MBA from First Class B school is preferred).
- 14+ years of sales/Business experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve national sales/Business targets.
- Analytical abilities to assess market trends, data, and competitor activities
- Adaptability and resilience in a competitive market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently across the country.
