Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Administrative Support: Manage office tasks, answer questions, and help with daily operations.
  • Employee Engagement: Work on initiatives to create a positive, inclusive work culture.
  • Benefits & Payroll: Help with benefits, track leaves, and support payroll to ensure accurate pay.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Onboarding Support: Help new hires with paperwork, orientation, and settling in.
  • Employee Records: Keep employee records up-to-date and ensure confidentiality.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Promote clear communication and teamwork across the office.
  • HR Project Support: Assist with HR projects and research to improve efficiency.
  • Policy & Compliance: Help enforce company policies and ensure legal compliance.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Graduation or Post Graduation
  • With above 1+ years of industry experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices especially labour laws is a mandate.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to take up new challenges and maintain effective collaboration and coordination with the team.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
