Job Description for HR Coordinator:

As the Human Resources Coordinator, she will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Manage all the internal and external meetings for the CHRO.
• Participate in meetings, take meeting minutes and assist to tracking and follow-up action.
• Coordinate with various verticals leads within HR & Admin on behalf of the CHRO.
• Positively communicate with team members, join communication meetings to listen to team members voice and reply appropriately, promptly sharing any information, suggestions and comments with the HR leaders.
• Assists CHRO with special projects as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
