Job Description
- As a member of the client account team, the Sales Success Manager plays a key role in servicing our large Onshore clients across APAC, EMEA AMERS.
- The SSM would be responsible for building strengthening the service relationship with the customers be the bridge between the clients multiple internal teams such as Product, Technology, Support others to ensure delivery of enhanced product service experience to clients.
- Plan execute strategic projects that address technology, compliance, regulatory product requirements
- Use specialist knowledge to demonstrate and educate customers on relevant product functionality content resulting in increased usage product adoption.
- Shepherd customers to support channels available as part of the value LSEG provides.
- Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts, in conjunction with Account Managers
- Identify investigate growth opportunities work collaboratively with the Account Manager to successfully convert the lead into an opportunity, thereby aiding the sales process.
- Relationship Management, Sales, or Operations with a background in financial markets
- The candidate must be a highly professional, driven, self-motivated and an organized individual with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Key areas of competence are Relationship Management and Client Services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational capabilities as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
