Job Description
- Responsible for the end-to-end design of solutions on the Salesforce platform and other CRM technologies.
- Responsible for CPQ related designs on the Salesforce platform.
- Completion of solution architecture documents and artefacts in line with organisation standards.
- Attend architecture review boards to present solution designs.
- Work closely with business partners to define solutions.
- Work with the business partners and project team to ensure the solution meets the vision.
- Gather and analyse data to support assessments and recommendations.
- Support the transition of new projects into the delivery teams and ongoing governance.
- Provide guidance to the strategic direction of technology to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture.
- Identify Salesforce technical solutions and ecosystem products that address requirements.
- Hands-on Salesforce solution development with knowledge and experience across both declarative configuration and programmatic development.
- Explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences.
- Broad understanding of Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, Revenue).
- Ability to work and design solutions relating to other CRM Technologies.
