Senior Analyst, Benefits, APAC

Responsible for vendor management of all benefit plans to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices. Tracks total benefit costs against budget. Administers monthly benefit account reconciliations, resolves discrepancies and prepares quarterly plan reports. Collects schedules for all plans and supports the management of Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Ensures fulfilment of IRS, DOL, and ERISA reporting and disclosure requirements. Coordinates meetings for benefit programs and events and is responsible for mailings and coordinating travel arrangements.
