Job Description
Sources, collects and curates content from financials documents / instruments / feed sources, ensuring relevant information is maintained and delivered at high accuracy, precision, and timeliness across various content sets and products / service.
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets
- Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / make valuable contributions to the data, or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
- Communicates and works with internal and external teams as required to support the accurate sourcing and collection of data
- Adheres to the quality metrics and prioritises activities to support business and customer requirements
- Supports specific projects assigned and meets or exceeds the important metrics defined
- Suggests process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or equivalent.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases.
- Ensure data accuracy, timeliness and completeness are maintained as per company standards.
- Developing expertise in database and financial knowledge through continuous learning and development. Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.
- Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.
- Adhere to dynamic process/Mow changes, data operations standards and current data policies & procedures.
- Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data as per expected performance standards.
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve data problems.
- Communicate & liaise with internal and external departments for resolution of data queries as per established process.
- Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Technical /Professional Skills at an Intermediate level in using Outlook, Excel & M S Teams
- Should be a very quick learner and should display high level of agility.
- Should have good communication skills - Written and Verbal.
- Should be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks and flexible to extend their support as per business requirements.
- Should be flexible enough to work in different shifts & Hybrid model of 3 days in Office & 2 days working from Home.
