Job Description

Role will focus on production and operations to support global CMO-Securitized Products data coverage with the utmost respect for timeliness, detail and accuracy. Candidate s primary focus will be extracting relevant CMO market information from approved sources. Analyst will report into production team and will work in collaboration with the database group, as well as relevant collaborators to provide accuracy.

Responsibilities will include operational support, product delivery, compiling, auditing data; extracting and auditing data from sources to populate LSEGs NewCMO databases. Candidate will also be expected to establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external customers to capture, vet and input CMO content.

The position will provide:

Opportunities to learn about CMO content, various asset classes, deal structures, data management, and database building in a fast-paced, fast paced business environment; Much opportunity for advancement.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Extract data in legal documents, analysis and input into the database according to high quality standards.
Establish and maintain close working relationships with internal and external customers to capture, vet and input CMO content.
Validate the accuracy of data received from various sources and ensure it is accurately reflected on products by creating or running data quality checks and standards.
Supervise market events in order to anticipate changes in financial instruments. Also respond to data queries.
Liaise globally across all locations to ensure consistency is maintained on the process.
Works independently within defined area, taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge.
Makes recommendations for process improvements to immediate manager.

The ideal candidate should have/be able to:

Strong time management skills: ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
Demonstrate research skills, with analytical and problem-solving ability.
Excellent social skills; works well as part of a team and independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners via emails and phone calls.
Take ownership for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
Be meticulous, with an ability to spot data anomalies and follow strict compliance requirements.
Work in night shift.
