Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) with strong troubleshooting, ad operations expertise, and a deep understanding of web performance analysis. This role involves optimizing ad server performance, troubleshooting ad delivery issues, and creating custom ad templates. The TAM will analyze website performance, debug issues, and optimize ad delivery for client websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues in pre-production and live campaigns at both the ad server and page levels.
• Provide technical support and training to team members.
• Analyze website performance (page speed and ad load time) and suggest improvements.
• Create custom ad creative templates for high-impact and native ad delivery.
• Develop a test environment to troubleshoot different types of issues.
• Customize and test ad server tags to ensure optimal performance.
• Document troubleshooting issues as case studies for knowledge sharing.
• Conduct regular knowledge-sharing sessions with the team.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ad operations, including GAM/DFP, Prebid, Header Bidding, and SSPs.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with GTM, Adobe Launch, and Tealium is a plus.
• Proficient in using debugging tools like Charles, Fiddler, Web Dev Tools, and web analytics tools.
• Experience working with ad servers, SSPs, Integration platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium), and header bidding setup.
• Basic understanding of DSPs and advertiser-side operations.
• Strong experience in display, video, in-app, and OTT implementation, trafficking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website performance optimization.
