Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our companys growing needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for identifying and engaging top candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates for senior position (Sr. Site Supervisor, Sr. Engineer, Head Accountant, Head Sales, Head Admin etc.).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers or HODs or PICs to understand job requirements and define hiring criteria.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and industry professionals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates throughout the hiring process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Track and analyse key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring processes.
• Lead hiring for senior-level and leadership positions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop succession planning and talent mapping strategies to ensure long-term talent acquisition success.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to understand high-level hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
• Build employer branding initiatives to attract top executive talent.

What We Are Looking For?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred but not restricted).
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of headhunting techniques and passive candidate engagement.
• Experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

Location – Khar West (Candidate residing in western line will be preferred)
