About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across IT and Non-IT domains. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment experience, playing a key role in building a strong workforce for our rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
✔️ Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
✔️ Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
✔️ Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
✔️ Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
✔️ Negotiate job offers and finalize employment terms.
✔️ Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
