About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Team Lead to manage and mentor our Campaign Development team. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and 3-4 years of experience in data management and process management. The ideal candidate will have a problem-solving mindset with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in project management and Account-Based Management (ABM) is a plus.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dedicated team of campaign development representatives and to be part of a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Development Representatives to deliver high- quality results.
2. Supervise call campaigns for Inside Sales and ABM teams, ensuring a 15-20% contact rate on each campaign.
3. Oversee daily campaign audits and dashboard reviews, sharing audit reports with relevant stakeholders through Teams and Email.
4. Strategize was for database clean-ups to improve data quality and match rates, ensuring accurate and efficient data processes.
5. Analyze and resolve data issues, providing solutions to correct database discrepancies or suggesting further external research if needed.
6. Perform audits on transaction records, ensuring the accuracy of data processing against original raw files and online sources.
7. Review and evaluate Quality Control Reports for accuracy and completeness.
8. Create and maintain up-to-date processing and quality control manuals for the team.
9. Collaborate with managers to implement new technical projects and ensure the smooth delivery of outgoing data to customers.
10. Monitor and ensure that all incoming data is being accurately utilized and updated in internal systems (e.g., WIRED).
11. Support ongoing process improvement and data management initiatives within the Campaign Development department.
Required Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate.
2. 3-4 years of experience in data management, process management, and stakeholder management.
3. Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably managing campaign development or inside sales teams.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and critical thinking mindset.
5. Experience with Account-Based Management (ABM) is preferred.
6. Project management experience is a plus.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to adapt to new challenges and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with CRM systems and database management tools.
2. Knowledge of quality control processes and data auditing.
3. Familiarity with technical project implementation and campaign optimization strategies.
