- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Assistant Manager to join our marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in social media management and a proven track record of creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, and building relationships within online communities.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in developing and executing social media marketing campaigns across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).

- Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner, and engage with followers.

- Manage and grow LinkedIn Groups and engage the community in building meaningful conversations.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably with experience managing online groups and communities.

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to engage them effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation/

- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- Passionate about social media, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

- Knowledge of Generative AI and experience using Chat GPT.
