Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery:
Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
Customize training modules to address individual and team needs.
Performance Assessment:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, KPIs, and feedback.
Monitor sales team performance to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.
Content Development:
Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, role-play exercises, and e-learning modules.
Stay updated with the latest sales trends, tools, and methodologies to incorporate best practices into training content.
Coaching & Mentoring:
Provide hands-on coaching to sales representatives on sales techniques, customer engagement, and closing strategies.
Act as a mentor to foster a positive and results-oriented sales culture.
Collaboration:
Partner with Sales Managers and HR to identify training needs and align programs with business goals.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date product knowledge.
Reporting:
Maintain records of training programs, participant progress, and performance improvements.
Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and ROI.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role in a sales-driven organization.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and engage diverse sales teams.
Proficiency in developing e-learning content and using training software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, retail, etc.].
Certification in training or coaching (e.g., Certified Sales Trainer).
Familiarity with sales enablement tools and platforms.
Adaptability to a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
