Sr. HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end recruitment for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have experience in hiring for creative, design, and marketing roles, ensuring we attract top talent to fuel our agency's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles across creative, design, strategy, client servicing, and business development teams.
• Sourcing & Shortlisting: Use job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals to identify top talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads for further evaluations.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, finalize job offers, and oversee the onboarding process.
• Employer Branding: Work on initiatives to enhance the company employer brand to attract top talent.
• HR Coordination: Support other HR functions, including employee engagement and performance management, as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in advertising, media, or creative industries.
• Strong knowledge of hiring for creative and marketing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment tools is a plus.
