JD for the profile of Accountant

Job Responsibilities:

1. Records correctly data like Sale, Purchase, JV, Payment, receipt etc. daily basis in the Software.

2. Basic knowledge of TDS and GST.

3. Bank reconciliations.

4. Post and process journal entries to ensure transactions are recorded correctly.

5. Regularly update and manage records for accounts payable and receivable.

6. Organize invoices, receipts, and other important financial documents neatly and ensure theyre easy to find when needed.

7. Maintain a proper filing system to keep everything in order.

8. Check and reconcile bank statements with ledger accounts to ensure everything matches and is accurate.

9. Help senior accountants by providing the data and information they need.

10. Prepare basic drafts of financial reports for them to review and finalize.

11. Make sure all the data you handle follows company policies and accounting standards.

What we are looking for?

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Education: Graduation required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Accounts , or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Tally ERP)
