Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Performance Marketing Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing efforts and lead a team of performance marketing specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical prowess, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketing associates, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  • Set clear goals and performance targets for team members and monitor progress towards objectives.

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, SEM, email marketing, display advertising, and social media. • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in digital marketing initiatives. • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Performance Marketing Manager.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Assist in budget management and forecasting for performance marketing campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs and provide recommendations for optimization.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Collaborate with team members to develop engaging and high-quality content for digital channels.
  • Ensure consistency and alignment of content with brand messaging and positioning.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Analyses digital marketing metrics and performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards on key stakeholder performance indicators and insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, product development, and external partners and vendors to integrate digital marketing efforts with broader organizational strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of digital marketing initiatives.

Market Research and Trends Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and team management.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, with proficiency in tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing software. Analytical mindset and proficiency in using analytics tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Having Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
