About the company - Seva Home is a premium scented candle brand that uses natural soy wax to make its candles. We have concocted only clean fragrances since our inception. We hold close our effort to empower women from underprivileged backgrounds by training them to make candles. These women become our tribe and we take care of them and their families.

From dark and intense aroma to woody valor of oakwood and white musk, to the tangy sweetness of freshly picked red currants, and to the soft, pillowy scent, Seva offers an exclusive range of scented candles. We recently launched our premium range of candles, "Ode To India Collection." It consists of six candles that encapsulate fragrances from six Indian cities with rich cultural heritage, namely, Jaipur, Kochi, Goa, Darjeeling, Srinagar and Amritsar.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel marketing strategies across paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
• Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets, bid strategies, and campaign targeting to maximize ROI and achieve performance KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels for maximum performance.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO software.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio and Google Drive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in building effective multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
